Owen was wonderful I needed air in my tire and I went over to Gibson right behind them the man they just looked at me and didn’t say a word. I came right over to Firestone and he got me in no problem. I definitely would recommend for customer service and service quality all the way around.

He said hold on he went i sise talk to mechanics and said there was few order in fron so i just ask for my keys he askme if i want to reschedule i sai definitely NOT the location store manager is BRANDON SELLS . Brandon seems good at beginning but when i ask for my key he act like he doesn't care if i leave I don't know if the reason is the LIFETIME alignment and the customer doesn't have to pay or what.

Called before time to see if they could fit me in for an alignment. Informed them I needed it done by 1:30pm if possible. The guys there definitely exceeded my expectations! I was headed in from sitting outside to let them know I would bring it back but before I could speak to anyone they were moving my car to work on it. I walked across the street to eat by the time I came back they were done and it was 2 mins before 1:30. Great job you guys!

Called Firestone to schedule an oil change, got me in first thing this morning. Thank you specifically to Brandon, whom I spoke with. Great service representative. Thank you for taking care of me in a timely manner.
